Due to the handcrafted nature of {blade + bloom} products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Please consider adding insurance to your order or choose priority mail, which comes with $50 insurance, to protect against loss or package damage during transit.
